The Heshie in this Necklace and Earrings set is made from antique turtle shell beads
from Grand Cayman Island.
During a vacation visit to Grand Cayman, I found a FANTASTIC junk shop.
I love "Junk Shops" ... they are full of wonderful things the average tourist would never see or buy. I bought a dusty, very old, half missing, turtle shell necklace. After the cleaning restoration, I have been waiting for the right Hill Tribe silver accents to come my way.
You can see the results in this gently masculine set.
The necklace is 18.5 inches (a nice length for guys) with the earrings falling 2 inches.
Turtle Shell, Hill Tribe Silver Feathers, Bali Silver Spacers, Eagle Bone Spacers and Picture Jasper. All findings are Sterling Silver. Set on coated high tinsel wire and secured with "Twisted Crimps".
